Mahindra Bolero has been a robust and dependable workhorse on Indian roads over 20 years and it has held a special place in people heart in both urban and rural setups. Introducing the Mahindra Bolero 2025, the latest in a family of vehicles known the world over for their durability and Strength, with a new and stylish look, this SUV is sure to offer excitement to a new generation of families, adventurers and businesses. The new Bolero will change the game of the low-end budget segment SUV with the style, functionality, features, and powerful performance, as revealed on August 15, 2025, at the Independence Day event of Mahindra.
Brand new design
The Bolero 2025 has kept the iconic boxy design but it adds a modern touch to it. The front fascia features a vertical-slat grille with the new Mahindra logo, circular daytime running lights and sleek high-tech round LED headlights. Rugged bumpers and flush fitting door handles all contribute to the premium finish, whilst squared off wheel arches and alloy wheels lend an aggressively muscly feel. The combination of a side-hinged tailgate and a mounted spare wheel ensures that it truly remains to be in its DNA, but at the same time, fresh and new.
Redesigned Cabin Comfort
Get in, and you will be surprised by the Bolero 2025 new interior. The cabin now has a new dashboard with 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It also has a semi-digital instrument cluster that is a carry over feature with the Scorpio N. Automatic climate control and rear climate vents provide optimum comfort on the road, and better cushioning on seat surfaces makes long journeys more comfortable. The 7-seater size makes it practical enough, like being used by families and by commercial customers too.
Increased Performance
The Bolero 2025 has a 1.5-litre mHawk diesel engine that produces 75 bhp and 210 Nm of torque as found under the hood. With a 5-speed manual, it can yield 25.2bhp at 5500rpm and 3.2kg ft at 3000rpm, which is good enough to ensure a BS6 Phase 2 fuel-efficient, yet potent package. Whereas other sources indicate cumulative mileage ranging between 28-48 kmpl, on-road assessments have posted figures of between 15-20 kmpl and would be very suitable to urban and rural travelers. The handling has also been enhanced by the new NFA (New Flexible Architecture) platform which uses an independent rear suspension to provide a much nicer ride.
State- Ready Customize Your Ride
The Bolero 2025 raises safety to a new level. It has got dual front airbags, ABS with EBD and rear parking sensors as standard. Higher trims feature Level 2 ADAS that includes features such as automatic emergency braking and lane-keep assist, unusual to see in this segment. The fortified body design entails high-strength steel to enhance the safety against crashes yet safety ratings remain unverified.

The Bolero 2025 retains a competitive price range of 10.00-12.50 lakh (ex-showroom) due to which this model will be of interest to cost-conscious consumers.
